By bringing awareness to the breath, we create space to step out of the mind and back into the body — moving from tension to relaxation, from overwhelm to stillness.

We’ll explore 3–5 gentle, accessible breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of calm.
