Private Breathwork Session
This 1:1 session offers a guided experience of Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), a rhythmic and continuous breathing technique where the inhale flows directly into the exhale without pauses. This style of breathwork helps quiet the thinking mind and brings attention into the body, allowing emotions, sensations, and memories that may be stored beneath the surface to gently come forward. By staying with the breath, these experiences can be felt, processed, and released in a safe and supported way.
CCB can be helpful if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns. It can also support moments of transition, grief, or emotional buildup that hasn’t had space to move. Some people experience a sense of lightness, clarity, or relief afterward, while others may gain insight or simply feel more grounded and present. Every session is different, and there is no “right” way for it to unfold — your experience will meet you where you are and unfold exactly as it’s meant to.
No prior breathwork experience is needed — just a willingness to explore and surrender to the power of your breath. The session is guided from start to finish, with care and attention to your pace. The intention is not to force release or reach a particular state, but to create a space where your body can unwind, your emotions can move, and your inner world can be met with compassion.

A session lasts approximately two hours, but I would allow for three, especially if it's your first session. The session will generally look like:
Introduction (30 mins): We'll take time to settle in, go over your intake form, discuss anything that’s present for you, and set an intention together before doing a short grounding exercise.
Breathwork (1 hr): I’ll invite you to lie down, get comfortable, put on an eye mask, and let yourself be guided through a series of breathing techniques, accompanied by music.
Integration (30 mins): This is your time to rest, reflect, and do whatever feels supportive for you in that moment, whether that’s lying down in silence, writing in your journal, or sharing.
I want to gently remind you that there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to experience this session. Each journey is different, unfolding exactly as it needs to. While we will set an intention at the start, I encourage you to release expectations and approach this experience with openness and curiosity. Intention allows us to be present with what arises, without holding onto a specific outcome. Your only job is to show up, breathe, and trust in your inner wisdom.

Pregnancy; Respiratory conditions: asthma (not always a contraindication but please discuss with facilitator), COPD-II and COPD-III, other severe lung conditions; Cardiovascular issues: heart disease, angina, prior heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of stroke, transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), aneurysms (including family history), use of prescription blood thinners (e.g., Coumadin); Neurological conditions: epilepsy, history of seizures, brain aneurysm, other neurological diseases; Eye conditions: glaucoma, detached retina, high intraocular pressure; Metabolic and endocrine disorders: uncontrolled diabetes, severe thyroid conditions (Grave’s disease, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis, thyroid cancer); Medication and substance use: prescription medications with significant side effects, recent alcohol or substance use, medications that impact blood pressure or neurological function; Severe psychiatric disorders: clinically diagnosed severe anxiety or panic disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, paranoia, depersonalization, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), hospitalization for psychiatric conditions or emotional crises within the last 10 years, low impulse control or any condition that severely impairs judgment or impulse regulation; Musculoskeletal issues: osteoporosis, recent physical injuries that are not fully healed or recent surgery; Chronic or severe illnesses: cancer, acute somatic or viral diseases, chronic illnesses with decompensation symptoms or terminal conditions, individual intolerance to oxygen insufficiency.

Breathwork for Preparation & Integration of Psychedelic Experiences
Breathwork is a powerful tool for both preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences. Before a journey, breathwork supports relaxation, emotional readiness, and intention setting, allowing you to enter the experience with a more open and receptive state of mind. Afterward, it serves as a grounding tool to process insights, regulate emotions, and embody the lessons received. This two-session (2x 1-hour) package provides tailored guidance and breathwork techniques to help you integrate your experience in a meaningful way.

Session 1: Preparation (1 hour)
We will discuss your upcoming psychedelic experience, including your intentions and any concerns. You will learn specific breathwork techniques to cultivate a calm and focused state, release anxiety, and open yourself to the experience. We will practice these techniques together, and you'll receive guidance on how to use them in the days leading up to your journey.
Session 2: Integration (1 hour)
Following your psychedelic experience, we will create a safe space to process your insights and emotions. You will learn grounding breathwork techniques to help you regulate your nervous system, embody the lessons from your journey, and integrate them into your daily life. We will explore strategies for translating your experience into positive and lasting change.
